Water Damage Source is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services for immediate threats to life or safety. Follow evacuation, reentry, and utility instructions from public authorities.

No inspection or professional relationship

The site cannot see, measure, test, or inspect a property. It does not create a contractor, engineering, legal, insurance, medical, environmental, or other professional relationship.

No guarantee

Information is provided without a guarantee that it is complete or suitable for a specific property. Linked public sources can change. The user remains responsible for obtaining qualified advice and verifying providers, agreements, and insurance requirements.

Permitted use

The tools may be used for personal planning and documentation. Do not use them to represent that a building is safe, a claim is covered, or work has been professionally approved.

Contractor campaign and intake tools

Campaign exports are drafts for human review. Water Damage Source does not publish, fund, or change a live advertising account. Contractors are responsible for current business facts, ad-platform compliance, budgets, staffing, destination pages, consent obligations, and final approval before posting an import.

A service request does not guarantee acceptance, dispatch, arrival time, price, insurance coverage, remediation result, or availability. It creates no Water Damage Source contractor relationship. The selected contractor is independently responsible for its response, communications, agreements, licensing, and work.
